You view photos and place your order in Foto Angels. Online Photos helps you understand the options and answers questions about orders.

Open your photos
Use the invitation or access details you received on the Foto Angels website. If you cannot find them, visit our help page.

Choose photos and products
Compare the pictures and check the selected image, product option and quantity.

Review your order
In the shop, review the total price, delivery method, timing and applicable terms. Then complete the order there.

Keep your confirmation
Save your order number and confirmation. They will help if you have a question about fulfilment.
How to order
Where and when will your order arrive?
Delivery options and timing depend on the particular offer and order. Check them in Foto Angels before paying, then refer to your order confirmation.
If the date stated in your confirmation has passed or the delivery information is unclear, email us with your order number.
A print and a digital file are different products.
Before buying a print, check whether a digital file is included in the offer. The product or set description explains exactly what you will receive.
Check your Foto Angels profile and order details for access to purchased digital photos and downloads. If you cannot find a file, contact us.
The Foto Angels shop uses services provided by the external platform provider Izzipix. Photo access, the basket and payment are handled on that external website.
